Helios SN Total Sulfur and Nitrogen analyzer using UV Fluorescence and Chemiluminescence principle.

Fast and automatic measurement of very low levels of sulfur/nitrogen in petroleum products: up to 20 ppb of sulfur and 30 ppb of nitrogen. A liquid injector or Gas / LPG sampler can be used to introduce the sample.

The Eraly Helios SN analyzer measures both Sulfur and Nitrogen simultaneously on a single sample. The Helios SN Total Sulfur and Nitrogen Analyzer provides rapid and accurate measurements of total sulfur using a UV Fluorescence detector and nitrogen using Chemiluminescence. Helios SN analyzes petroleum products, oils, solvents, plastics, synthetic materials, LPG, water, or gases.

Accurate combustion efficiency is crucial for reliable Sulfur and Nitrogen measurements. Helios SN achieves this by precisely controlling the fuel injection and oxidation temperature minimizing soot formation.

Principle of Operation: Chemiluminescence detection based on the reaction of nitrogen oxide (NO) with ozone (O3). The emitted photons are measured by a photomultiplier tube. The next-generation UV Fluorescence detector is up to 20% more accurate for sensitive sulfur measurements.

Gas and LPG Auto Sampler

 Compatible with standard: ASTM D6667. 2 sampling loops, one for gas and one for LPG. 

For sampling and injecting Butane, Propane, Methane, Natural Gas, Hydrocarbons and their mixtures (ethylene, methane, calibration gas mixes, etc.).

AutoSampler – 50 Positions

• 50-position autosampler with cooling and/or heating options.
• For sampling and injecting liquids samples like methanol, petrol ether, ethanol, toluene, naphtha, additives, kerosene, gasoline, diesel, bio-oil, lubricant oil, waxes, and organic solvents.
• The sampling volume is adjustable from 10 μl to 80 μl with adjustable sampling speed.
