Gas Release System (GRS) – DIGTOR 22 C Series
The Gas Release System (GRS) is a dedicated safety accessory for the DIGTOR 22 C centrifuges. It is specially designed to extract and safely discharge vapours and aerosols generated during the centrifugation of petroleum samples.
During the centrifugation of petroleum products, the combination of solvents, heat, and sample composition produces potentially hazardous aerosols. The GRS addresses this risk by continuously extracting the vapour-rich atmosphere from inside the centrifuge chamber and routing it to a secure area.
